Many golfers have seen great results from integrating Halo Sport into their training. Halo Sport is being used by both golfers and golf trainers, with a focus on improving putting, swing speed, muscle memory, power and control.
Neuropriming with Halo Sport introduces a state of hyperplasticity (hyper-learning) in the brain, which refines the brain's ability to learn and adapt to golf training. Because Halo Sport helps your brain tell your muscles what to do more 'easily,' training with Halo Sport can help you to develop a faster golf swing and better performance on the putting green.
We recommend using Halo Sport 3-4 times per week. For golf, we have found it's best to do 2 days focused on swinging, power and control and 2 days focused on putting (unless you are trying to improve one of these skills in particular, in which case you can focus on that one skill).
Halo Sport comes with three Neuropriming session settings that can be used for golf. If you are working on your swing, we would recommend you use the Legs, Core and Arms Session, which is geared towards larger muscle groups. This session is perfect for working on swing mechanics to train a smoother, more powerful swing.
If you are working on grip / wrist motion (i.e. putting), we recommend you use the Hands and Fingers Neuropriming Session. The Hands & Fingers (L) and (R) Sessions are designed to help train your fine motor skills (i.e. grip). For putting, golfers work on the fine motor control needed to sink each putt. These two sessions each have a positive effect on both hands, but a greater effect on the targeted hand. What we recommend is choosing the Session for the hand you want to emphasize. Some of our users will switch between the two (i.e. 2 days on one hand, 2 on the other).
