If you've already tried our recommended troubleshooting steps and are still having trouble connecting to your Halo Sport with your Android device, you can take the following steps to email our support team through the Halo Sport app.
How to send a diagnostic email to our support team:
1. Reproduce the bluetooth issue you've been seeing by attempting to connect to your Halo Sport through the Halo Sport app.
2. Press on the Nav Drawer (3 lines/"hamburger") in the top-left corner of the screen
3. Select “Need Assistance”
4. Select firstname.lastname@example.org (this will open an email draft with log file attached)
5. Send the email to our support team.
This diagnostic email will provide us with useful information about your phone model and usage analytics so that we can identify the source of the problem you're seeing. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
