Yes! There are a couple of ways Halo Sport 2 can be used with multiple individuals:
1) Each person downloads the Halo Sport app to their own mobile device (i.e. iPhone or Android phone)
2) Each person makes their own user account, but shares a single mobile device. After one person’s session is complete, the next person signs into their own account on the same mobile device.
You cannot connect Halo Sport to multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. If the Halo Sport App says ‘Paired to device’ in the menu, that means it is connected to a different device than the one you are trying to use. In order to connect Halo Sport to a different Bluetooth device, you must disconnect it from your current one. To do so, hold down the headset's power button for about 7 seconds until the light begins rapidly flashing green.
For teams and research organizations interested in utilizing shared hardware, we also offer premium features for managing a roster of individuals on a single device. Please contact email@example.com if you are interested in more information on these offerings.
