How often should I use Halo Sport?

Halo Sport is designed to be used up to once per day. However, similar to other training tools, the best results come with moderation. We recommend pairing Halo Sport with your most intense and focused workouts, roughly 3-4 times a week.

    Hi Hunter—our research indicates that Halo Sport is best used one time per day. We recommend pairing Halo with musical practice on some days and your workout on other days.

    So you are saying if I use it everyday, a few times a week for musical practice, that I won't get as much out of it for my intense workouts if I am totaling everyday use?
