How do I fix a bluetooth connection issue? (iOS)

If you are experiencing issues in connecting Halo Sport to your iOS device via Bluetooth, follow these steps:

1) Make sure your iOS Device and Operating System are supported.

2) Press and hold the power button and watch the indicator light fade. Release the power button after the indicator light starts to blink quickly.

3) Re-connect to the Halo Sport headset in the Halo Sport App.
