Halo offers a 12-month limited warranty on all new Halo Sport units. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If your Halo Sport headset is damaged while under warranty, please contact Customer Support, and we will get back to you with next steps.
