|The indicator light is not orange when plugged in||If the Halo Sport headset has not been charged for a long period of time, it may take up to 20 minutes for the headset to turn on and show the orange indicator light, indicating charging.|
|The USB port or outlet is faulty||
If the Halo Sport indicator light is not showing a solid orange color when the charger is plugged in, check to make sure the Micro-USB cable is correctly plugged into the headset and into the Halo Sport USB Charger. Please note if the indicator light is solid green, the headset is fully charged.
|The headset is not connected securely to the charging cable||Unplug the Micro-USB from your Halo Sport headset, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in.|
|The headset is malfunctioning||When in doubt, it does not hurt to restart the headset. How do I reset my Halo Sport?|
