To play music on your Halo Sport, please refer to Playing music on Halo Sport. If music is not playing on your Halo Sport headset, follow the steps below:
1) Make sure the audio cable is plugged into the audio port on the left ear cup and into the music device (i.e. iPhone).
2) Remove the audio cable and re-insert.
3) Verify that your music device is playing audio.
4) Check if there is any damage done to the audio cable being used, and replace the cable if there is damage.
If you believe that you have received a faulty audio cable with your headset, please contact our support team.
Please note that Halo Sport DOES NOT play music over Bluetooth.
