Your Primers’ "nibs" (foam spikes) act like sponges - they absorb water to help the Primers make good contact with your head. After a while, this ability to absorb water will decrease, which will result in frequent “Poor Contact” difficulties and/or a more intense “tingling” sensation during Neuropriming. If you notice this happening, you can use a Recharge pack to restore your Primers' ability to absorb water, which will improve contact quality.
Generally, we recommend performing a recharge on your Primers every 2 months (or more often, as needed) and replacing Primers every 6 months. Your Primers came with one Recharge kit, which includes a tray and two Recharge solution packets; you can purchase additional Recharge Kits or and Primers by going to haloneuro.com/store/accessories.
