If you are seeing no contact at all in the Halo Sport app, this usually means that your Primer band is not connecting with your headset properly. Follow the steps below to ensure that your Primer band has a great connection with your headset:
- After thoroughly wetting your Primer band, pinch the band from the textured circles on the back. While pinching, insert the Primer band by lining up the green arrow on the back of it with the matching recessed arrow on your headset.
- Press the band into place and check to make sure that the alignment lines are lined up.
- Push up on the ends of the Primer band, to make sure that it is very snug:
Once your Primer band is inserted, following steps 3-5 in this article should allow you to establish good contact and begin Neuropriming!
