How repetitive do you need to be to experience the best results. I follow a weight training program that follows the same set / rep schemes but with different exercises. So, for example lat pull downs or rows?

    Hi Terry,

    I think that is a great approach, even if you are not repeating the same exercise 100 times, your brain still learns from the repetitions you do.  By switching up to similar exercises, your brain will react accordingly, favoring the general activation patterns rather than the rigid movements of any particular exercise.  Halo Sport will still help this process as you are still optimizing your neural drive.
