When to use and sound quality

    Hi Nicholas,

    First, with regards to when to use, before(ie during your warmup) is best, but you can wear them during your workout if you wish.  You only need to wear them for the 20 minute Neuropriming session, after which you can keep them on to listen to music or take them off, up to you.  

    Second, the sound quality is comparable to beats, we actually were advised by members of the Beats team when we were creating Halo Sport.  One key is to make sure you have the appropriate earpads when listening to music.  The open earpads are great for listening to the world around you, but not necessarily for listening to music.  The closed earpads provide a much better experience when listening to music.
