intensity of warups during neuropriming

    Hi Kalai, That is really up to you.  The reason we say to use Halo Sport during your warmup is that it is most effective immediately following the Neuropriming session.  By pairing Halo Sport with your warmup, this means that you are doing the actual training at the same time as when the benefits of Neuropriming are strongest and not "wasting" some of the benefit warming up.

    That said, I personally like to do lighter warmups, 10-15 reps at low weights when I am warming up for a heavy bench press set.  You know more about what your body likes to do to warm up though, so I defer to your judgment.
